Hello everyone, I've had issues with my account this month that I was hoping would be resolved but still no luck.
I didn't login during November so, understandably, my account was suspended for inactivity:

You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you sign into the x10Hosting website at least once every month to keep your account active. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately from our website.
I logged in earlier in the month and saw this message, assumed everything would be ok:

We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute.
So left it alone and just yesterday was planning to make some updates when I realized my account was still suspended. All the messages I've quoted above are still there. I refresh the page and nothing happens 1 minute later or 5 minutes later.
I'm assuming this may have something to do with our migration from CPanel to DirectAdmin? If not though, help would be appreciated!
