Repeated "Login attempt failed" cPanel

I have just come out of suspension, and I tried to log in (finally) to cPanel, but it keeps showing the message "Login attempt failed". I do hope it has nothing to do with my password/domain name being changed without my notice or something. BTW, I haven't uploaded any pages yet to my account so it just says "Domain Available" whenever I try to access it: http://spacialrend.x10hosting.com/

- Whats your cPanel Username ?
- Your account may have been terminated if you have left that inactive for quiet a reasonable period.

My cPanel username is antarel.

I guess there's a big chance it has been terminated because I haven't logged in for at least a month. If that's the case, what can I do to create a new one?
