Dear Sir/Madam,

It is the first time for me to use x10 hosting free hosting services. But after i go throught the 9 steps for the registration of new user. Just after i login as new account, error show my forum account name has been used by others. Then i can not keep going to finish the registration. Then i had been redirect to step one page again.

How can i do next?

My old forum account name is ritchie.

Hi Ritchie,

Your forum account can be connected to one and only one hosting account. You cannot use your old forum account to link to multiple hosting accounts. Instead of signing up for a new account, I recommend using your old hosting account that is linked to your old forum account.
