Ok, this thread is Closed. I talk to him and he said the XXX things weren't hosted there, that those were just links, he'll also remove all this stuff in 4 day (when I unsuspend him). And the reason his site is not english is because it is spanish, which is permitted. About the ads, I have no idea. And please PM a staff member next time.
