It looks like there's no directory structure on my account or it's some issue with directory/file permissions.
For example when trying to create any file using Legacy File Manager i get an error:
Unable to change directory to /home/cookie! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: Invalid argument) in /home/cookie
Also i cannot create an FTP account (button seems not working at all).

I'm reposting this as my problem is still unsolved.
