Reputation not going above 11 ?

I was wondering if you are working on the rep system? I have noticed that my rep wont budge past 11 even though I can see new people adding to it through my CP.

Your rep level will only increase when you receive rep from someone who has a rep power above 1; the majority of users don't have the requirements as of yet to have atleast 1 rep power, so therefore most people who rep you want cause your rep level to increase. (Hope that's not confusing )

The way to tell if you received rep points are not is the box will be green, not blue.
