REQ: Domain Name Change

Hi there,

I know the support ticket center is down, but can I get a domain change from hostingfeedback.org to .net (the actual domain is .net) but won't let me in the control panel on the site.

So are you telling that u parked ( or added as addon) hostingfeedback.org instead of hostingfeedback.net.

Should've explained more. In the x10hosting.com where you can log in and change your email, date of birth etc is where it won't change from .org to .net

What is the error message you are getting

It states that it has processed and is in queue, but when I click back to the account page, then back to modify my account it shows it still as .org and that the .net is not pending or executing anymore. No error though.

Did you point the nameservers for hostingfeedback.net

Sure did. But in the cPanel it shows hostingfeedback.org (Should not be the .org )

I checked the DNS records.They are on right track.I thnk your problem needs support from STAFF.
Escalation is not working ,so pls wait.i just recommend you to try it again later.I am saying this because when you first posted about this i checked the dns for hostingfeedback.net and no nameservers were shown .But now its on.
