Ok so I want a members system for my site. I wnat it to include members have profiles, can pm, ect. Also a forum made from scratch. But to give you more of what I wnat check out yourhabbo.co.uk , I want their system completely remade for my site.

Im offering $10-15 USD in paypal and 3 months advertising.

You must be very very skilled in php,html,css,mysql,and everything bascially. PLease show proof of work.

sorry for telling you but I don't think anyone will code a member system and a forum for only $10-$15 USD
I think you should go to $50-$100
Atleast I won't do it for that kind of money

phpBB 3 has all of those features. I would try using that.

phpBB 3 is still in beta. it wouldn't be good for him to start using it for his site if he's intending to have members already.
