[REQ] One banner and One Icon

Hey all I am making a game and I need one banner and one icon for advertising and also to be put in the game.....

So here is in order or importance what I need.

1. I need a banner with the following information..
   • Size: 380 * 95 pixels
   • Format: gif or png
   • Text: Suicidal
   • Background Image: A motorway in the background - Background Image - if you could remove the copyright that would be great
   • Graphical effects(optional): Maybe add a shadow to the text
2. I need a icon the following information..
   • Size: 32 * 32pixels
   • Format: .ico
   • Text: S (Just the letter 'S')
   • Background Image: A motorway in the background - Background Image - if you could remove the copyright that would be great Graphical effects(optional): Maybe add a shadow to the text

lol yeah, the icon sucks... I wasn't thinking favicon that much..

gimme a sec and I'll make something better.
