[REQ]PC GLOBE website banner

I need a banner for a website that I am starting up, it is a kind of light grey/black/white theme(see screenshot) what is missing is the banner at the top. I am paying 80-150points depending on hoe good it is.

Info:
Size: 394 x 98 pixels
Text 1: PC GLOBE (ALL IN CAPTIAL)
Text 2: SLOGAN: Bringing you the best PCs
Text animation: The main text (Text 1) Will be shooting down from the top letter by letter, The second text (Text 2) Will com flying up from the bottom letter by letter
Background Image: A picture of a world(earth) spinning on its axis or can just be a still image

Thank you very much for the banner Enigma - it may not be animated but it looks professional enough to me. I am going to donate 80points because it is not animated you would of got 150points if it was animated. thanks anyway.
