[REQ] Php Ad Rotate

I have my forums, oz-consolemods.net/forums and there you will see the ad under the nav bar. What i want is to swap that ad to differnt ones every refresh or so.

E.g. so have a ramdom ad image or code to swap.
So i could use google ads and standard images with a link on them.

Also if posible a admin, section that i can see who is clicking them, i.e. ip addz and when and what site and for how long etc.

Ill offer more points if u can do that so.

I know basic php, but i havnt got the time to make it.

Can someone do it?
