you need steam to run those games online

1) you are NOT supposed to let anyone use your steam account, plus you can change the password, and it says clearly that its a violation of steams policy to share accounts.

2) why would you need it anyways?

3) you dont need a steam account with CS:S or CS to get the game files for a server if thats what your looking for.

Yeah thats what got me. The whole "stream" thing. It would have helped to if he would have explained himself a bit better so ppl that didnt know would know what he was saying.
