[REQ]Template![REQ]30-50 points!

im starting a gaming site so i need a template. here's what i want:
Black's whites silvers
i want kind of like www.newfuture.tk but i dont want the top bar with catagories
i want like the background to be black with a white border around the main block and a white glow kinda behind it, and at the top with a glow and a little foreground reflection, ZERO G Games.

i hope this explains it thanks! i will give around 30-50 points or so maybe depending...

I am sorry for taking time, due to some reasons. i have restarted the work.
But it depends on the way i get time to do the design. maybe 1, 2 or even 3 days.

Swirly just get a pre-made skin, one that you like..Um, look in my topic about some one installing me a template its cool. You can get cool, skins that are free.

I just am wondering why is it a .rar? I know its not mine but I like the layout.

The screenshot is in the rar file. I did the screenshot in a hurry so it amounted to about 2.5 mb picture bitmap.
