{REQ} Turn a PROJ file to movie

Ok SO i have this Adobe Premier file I need turned into an .avi file thats not big at all but has decent quality. Im giving all my points and then when I get another 100 its yours.

All you gotta do is go in File -> Export -> Movie ... and then you click on Settings to play around with the quality.

NOTE: In "General", when your playing with the settings, the "File Type" should be on "Microsoft DV AVI".

And your good to go!
