Request assistance to log into cpanel

Hello

I'm having difficulties login in to my cpanel account. I'm using the same password as my account login but I can not log in.

Please assist me with logging in as well as confirming my login details.

Hello,

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

After that try login to cPanel again.

I have tried that about 10 times already, and I am using my 8 char login name. I can log into my control account and forum account perfectly without any problems but not into my cpanel. There must be something wrong.
