You can find your cPanel username from the account panel, and reset the password as per the instructions here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password
Beware that you are currently suspended for inactivity, so the cPanel login won't work. You need to unsuspend yourself from the account panel first.
