Request for Disk Space Increase

Good day support! I would like to request if it is possible for increase in disk space. I am about to make a backup but it is over the limit of the disk space. Thank you so much for your positive response.

requirements for space increase of free accounts:
- accounts must be at least 7 days old and using at least 75% if current space.
since you are not using 75 % request will be denied

also
- all files must be used by your website and in accordance to the terms of service.
- backups, archived or zip files should be downloaded then removed from the server.
you need to then wait for a staff member to review your account.
