Request for free hosting denied

Hi,
I had applied for free hosting , but the system denied the request because the username was already in use.
I applied again with a different username , this time i was not allowed to register because "I had tried more than once in the last one hour". Can this issue please be resolved.

Never mind, i tried after 24hrs and it worked
