Hello x10Hosting Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request a manual review of my suspended account. Unfortunately, no suspension code was displayed on my dashboard, so I am unable to determine the exact cause of the suspension.

Here are my account details:

  • Account Username: mnwjoy
  • Domain: charet.x10.mx
  • Suspension Code: None shown
It is possible that the suspension was triggered automatically, potentially due to the domain name. I would like to clarify that the domain does not contain any intentional prohibited content, and if the system flagged it by mistake, I am fully willing to change the domain to a safer alternative immediately once my account is reactivated.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
I have reviewed the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and I will make sure to comply fully with all guidelines going forward.
