Request for more disk qouta.

I use my free hosting for both my forum and my fast download server for my team fortress 2 server. I have filled the 512Mb and need more space to get the maps on there and I would also like to continue to develop the forum to try and make it better. My account has been suspended once but I didn't know that I had to log in once a month at the time and I don't usually need to use the control panel as I usually upload what I need via FTP and set it up from there.

Unlimited would be nice but I will settle with 1Gb if that's all I am given.
