Request for more storage

Hi there.
I hope you're doing well.
I run a not for profit group, and have used most of the space provided (512MB). I'm requesting a free increase please.
What is the process to facilitate this?

- accounts must be at least 7 days old and using at least 75% if current space.
- all files must be used by your website and in accordance to the terms of service.
- backups, archived or zip files should be downloaded then removed from the server.
- sites with galleries, photos and videos only are only allowed 500 mb storage.
you need to then wait for a staff member to review your account.

but it could take some time before staff replies.

I’m a bit confused. The username I’ve got for this forum account is the same username
for the hosting service, unless I need to somehow link in another way?

what Eric S means is that you did not post a request from a related forum account.
there is no way to prove you have the mentioned service based on your forum name.
phollibone88 does not have any services related to it.

How bizzare. As I said the username I have for the forum is the same as for the site admin login. Appreciate your help and I’m keen to solve this.

Hi all,

I believe I have gotten to the bottom of this. The username in the online portal is “dwgolde1”. The username I use to login to this website and the site control panel are the same, but it seems there was some confusion as to which username we were referring to.

Am I too late for this upgrade?
