Request for Unmetered Disk Space

Hello,

I would like to request unmetered disk space. This is primarily so that I may upload a Klynt interactive documentary that I have spent many hours creating. I understand that my site has not been active for long, however, hosting this project is the main reason I have created an account with x10hosting.

To request a web space upgrade from your initial 512 GB, you must have been a member of x10 for at least 7 days; you must have a working web site; you must have used at least one-half (256 GB) of your initial space; you must not violate the Terms of Service. The TOS may be found under the "Legal" tab at the bottom of each page.
Personal galleries are limited to 500MB of disk space for images and videos. Images and videos over 500MB are automatically removed after 4 hours.

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size - that have been on the server (in any folder) for more than about 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts only

the 4 hours time limit allows users to upload and extract site backups - and is not for short term file hosting...

you can store files that are 10 MiB or larger - at a file-hosting service (which x10hosting free-hosting is not) then link to them from your free-hosting Web page
