it is written permission,I will use html and php on this host,because I known have a lot of people use x10 ,I like it

Then you will also need to contact Corey or Bryon about that and provide the written permission so they can flag the account. You don't want to be suspended because an AM that didn't know suspends it for usage of copyrighted files.
