Use Get Automatic Certificat from ACME Provider and follow the steps.

Limit to 200 per week.

This is a limit imposed by the ACME Provider. All you can do is to change the ACME Provider between Lets Encrypt and ZeroSSL.

Outside of that, either wait for the rate limit to reset, or try to get a SSL from like sslforfree.com or zerossl.com or freessl.org

I can't access the SSL section on my panel, I get the following message: "Feature disabled. Please contact your administrator". I would really appreciate your help
