I noticed that you for some reason does not have a forum account linked with the hosting account you request the change for, could you please log in to your portal and link them? To do this go to "Get Support" -> "Visit forum". On the popup there you will see an option to link your hosting account with an existing forum account. Once you done that I'll be happy to change the domain (we need to be sure it is actually your account before making the changes).
Hi Anna, many thanks for the instructions! I had hard-time finding out how to link the accounts together. I finally managed to do it, so you should be all set.
The domain has been changed, please note that there may be a slight delay (propagation time) before it fully works.
Also make sure you update any scripts you may have to reflect the change.
Anna, it's now been more than 24h and the site gf.x10.com is still not accessible. Furthermore, I'm wondering now if x10.com is really the proper name I should have used. x10.com refers to something completely different than x10hosting.com.
