Request to change servers?

I just signed up at x10hosting yesterday and was put on the Lotus server. I tried to make my site today from the morning and it has been off most of the time. At 4 or 5 pm, someone put the server back online (after waiting about 3 hours), but it has still been going offline and online the whole day. I couldn't do as much as I hoped. As I write this, everything (Apache HTTP, Mysql, Exim, cPanel, etc..) is offline.

What is going on? Can I change my server to another "more stable" one?

I'm sorry but we do not do server transfers for the accounts. Its just that Lotus is having a bad day and you just happened to be on it. The staff are working on fixing the issue. Currently it is being rebooted.
