I want to bring into notice that there is a problem in server time of lotus.
The Timezone for Afghanistan UTC +4.30 is working as of Indian Standard Time UTC +5.30.
Also when i select Indian Standard Time UTC +5.30 it actual is 1 hour forward for eg the time
at India is 12.27 so in Guest Timezone for UTC +5.30 Indian Timezone it will show 1.27 but for
UTC +4.30 Afghanistan Time it will show 12.27
Below are two images of the settings of my phpBB forum setup. I also have contacted he phpBB staff and after going through the script they told that the error in time zone is at server side and not in their script.
