i may be wrong staff would need to correct me.
you cannot store zip files on the server these should be downloaded,
then removed to save space; all files must be used by website and not storage.
staff would need to review your website further before approving the request.
requirements include:
= your account must be at least 7 days old and follows the terms and conditions.
- you must be using at least 75% og your current space.
- all files must be used your website and not for storage of files.
- photo galleries can only be 500 mb and do not qualify for an upgrade.
