request to open ports

how do i open the ports UDP 27015 and TCP 27015
i need it for Sourcebans(Global admin ban system) for Team Fortress 2 (http://thefortress.x10hosting.com/bans/index.php?p=home)
and without those ports it cant connect to the server.

This is an official support ticket. Our ticket system works in tiers, and you are currently at the community support tier. If needed, your ticket can be escalated to a higher tier, including one of account managers and one of administrators.

Anyway, unfortunately, due to security purposes, we are unable to open specific ports for individual accounts. We do this to minimize abuse and improve the overall experience for all our members.

However, you can open any port you want if you use a VPS and I believe that some ports may get opened if you have a premium package. Someone will have to confirm that for me.
