Request to reactivate my account

Hi,

I am a regular member of x10hosting.com but due to some unavoidable reason i was not able to log into my account for many days, hence my account has been deactivated and i was asked to submit a support ticket. My account details are as follows,

Cpanel User name : sasi
Website address: sasi.x10hosting.comAccount Domain : sasconquers@gmail.com

I have many of my files in my domain. I would really be thankful if you could reactivate it for me.

Hello,

The account was terminated for inactivity. It is not possible to get files from a terminated account.

As of right now, the only way you can get your account back is if you sign up at the x10Hosting home page for a new hosting account. Note that even if you do sign up with the same information, the files you used to have will no longer be there; we do not keep backups of old and inactive accounts. In the future, please remember to keep your own local backup copies to avoid situations like this.
