Dear x10Hosting Support Team,

I hope you're doing well. I recently noticed that my account has been marked as inactive, and I would like to request its reactivation. My account is important to me, and I would appreciate your assistance in restoring access.

Could you please let me know the necessary steps to reactivate it? If any further information is required, I’d be happy to provide it.

We can see you already created a new account roughly ~30 days. Our system will not allow us to restore an account with an active account already available.

Dear x10Hosting Support Team,

I understand that your system does not allow restoring an account when a new one has been created. However, I created the new account only because my old one was inactive, and I didn’t realize that this would prevent recovery.

I was away on a trip, and now that I’m back, I wanted to log in to my old account to continue my work. When I saw it was inactive and I couldn’t access it, I got discouraged because I lost a lot of important data. That’s why I ended up creating the new account—I simply didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to do so. My main goal was to access my website.

I even reached out to the x10Hosting Discord community for support, and they advised me to go to the forum. However, I wanted to check directly with you: What can I do to get my old account back? If needed, I’m willing to delete the new account in order to recover the old one.

I really appreciate your help and hope there's a way to restore my original account.
