Request to resolve suspension

I was using the File Manager from cPanel and suddenly I got the message "data error"
and the file manager did not function after that. Then my account was suspended for the
following rason:

"Suspension Reason: Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. Details: shell scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

I have no idea what happened, I have not been using shell scripts.

Located in int/catalog/images/preview_image.php, file created back on march 15th actually, appears to have not been scanned until the 24th when it was found to be a malicious webshell and forcefully removed from the server.

This would count as a zero tolerance permanent suspension, as a glance at a few of the files on the account would also turn up that there is a complete lack of translation to english spanish or french as required by the TOS. That's two separate violations on an account with a script that is malicious and has no real legitimate purpose.
