Hello x10hosting support,

My account was recently disabled due to a "Multiple Accounts" policy violation. I understand and respect the rule of one account per user. However, I believe this was triggered by mistake — possibly due to shared IP or connection.

I only want access to my original account where I have important files and project data.

Here are my details:

Subdomain / username: naqeal01.x10.mx

I am not trying to bypass the rules. I just need temporary access or reactivation of this one account to retrieve my work.
