Unfortunately at this time your account does not meet the minimum requirements for the unmetered policy:
You need to be using at least 50% of your disk space; (PASS)
Your account needs to be in good standing (no current suspension);
You need to have a valid website that follows our Terms of Service; and,
Your account needs to be at least 7 days old. (PASS)
At this time your account was found to not be in accordance with our Terms of Service; the overwealming majority of the content is in a language other than English, Spanish, or French, and no translation to one of these language is available.
Once we are able to resolve this, we will be able to apply the upgrade - please open a dispute from the portal at x10hosting.com/portal when you are ready to resolve the language issue.
