Requesting additional disk space

I am trying to upgrade my SuiteCRM and keep running into errors that I believe are due to disk space. Can my disk space be upgraded?

Also, it may have to do with Entry points as I have been monitoring resources and about 2-3 minutes into the upgrade, my entry points are at 5. They maybe exceeded and may be failing my upgrade..

Can my disk space be upgraded?

for new x10hosting's free-hosting accounts - disk space is initially limited at 512 MB - Users may request (in this forum - which you did here) for unmetered (not unlimited) disk space

The requirements for unmetered disk space are:
* The account has been active for at least 7 days.
* The account must be using at least half (50%) of it's current disk space allotment.
* The account must have a valid (i.e. working) website and follows the Terms of Service (TOS).
before x10hosting's Admins will upgrade your account

this upgrade is completely free

it may have to do with Entry points

there is no x10hosting's free-hosting upgrade for that limit - current limit for [ Entry Processes ] is 10 (throws a "508 Resource Limit Hit" that automatically resets in an hour)
