You don't need to share the email but if your account was compromised you can reset the password to it, thus it'll work.

Uh oh, is the email associated with it lost password to? If so, then try resetting the email's password. Google can take you though those steps of reset the password of your broken email

I kinda created more than one account for my studies that's why they saying they blocked me
