Requesting Unsuspension – Username: dbljkho – I fully understand my mistake

Dear x10Hosting Support Team,

I am writing to sincerely apologize and request the unsuspension of my free hosting account:

  • Username: dbljkho
  • Subdomain: mrgoogle.x10.mx
  • Order Number: 5988265048
I now completely understand that choosing the subdomain “mrgoogle.x10.mx” violated x10Hosting’s Terms of Service and trademark policy. At the time I registered (2025-11-18), I chose that name just for fun and as a temporary placeholder, without realizing that using the word “google” (even in a subdomain) could cause legal issues for x10Hosting and Google LLC. That was 100% my mistake and my lack of knowledge. I am truly sorry for creating this problem.

I have learned from this experience and promise that:

  1. I will never again use any trademarked names (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Microsoft, etc.) in any subdomain or domain on x10Hosting or any other host.
  2. If my account is kindly unsuspended, I am ready to immediately change the subdomain to a completely neutral and compliant name (for example: dbljkho.x10.mx, myproject25.x10.mx, or any name you suggest).
  3. I will carefully read and follow all x10Hosting rules from now on.
This is my first and only account, and the website I was building is just a small personal project for learning HTML/CSS (no commercial purpose, no phishing, no spam, no adult content). I have no intention of misusing the free service that x10Hosting generously provides.

I fully respect whatever decision the staff makes, but I would be extremely grateful if you could give me one second chance and allow me to correct my mistake by changing the subdomain right away.
