Requesting Unsuspension for Domain hoangalice24.x10.mx

Hello x10Hosting Support Team,
My hosting account has been suspended with the message: “Prohibited term in domain name hoangalice24.x10.mx.”
I believe this was a mistake, as I am only using this subdomain for testing email setup through Google Workspace and DNS management via Cloudflare.
Please review and unsuspend my account so I can continue configuring DNS and verifying my Google Workspace email service

As this is a web hosting service, just using a domain for DNS and email service, could be considered misuse of the service.

Free subdomains are not compatible with Cloudflare
