Can you explain why my service was suspended and how can I restore it? Thank you

the system detected Malicious phishing content hosted on your website.
then it imposed your suspension on your account.
i can not view your content to make a determination, but staff can.
only staff can decide to reverse your suspension or not.

the free support forums are handled by volunteers.
support staff may not answer posts right after you post.
but staff does reply when they can.

Is there any specific person I can try to contact to have my service restored?
Also, I noticed that I can no longer login via FTP, is it supposed to happen? How am I supposed to check my scripts if I don't have access to them? Or how can I check if my account was hacked in some way?

I have changed my password with a stronger one just to make sure no other can login on my behalf.
However, I noticed that approx. 20 users have had their service suspended in the last couple of days, for the same reason (malicious phishing code) which I bet you agree it's very unlikely, so I believe some automatic check has failed.
I hope you'll fix things soon, I am not even using external services like Wordpress, all my code is written by me (unless I have been hacked, which I don't believe).

I have unsuspended your account, this looks like a false positive and our abuse team will look into why and make sure it doesn't occur again.
