requesting unsuspension

I ask for help from x10hosting support because my account was banned, I did not violate the site's terms of use at any time, I was just editing my site when I logged out of the panel and received a suspension message

this could be anything from a bad script or file that violates the terms.

i cannot view/change anything but staff can maybe review your sites content.
then make any changes needed.
