Can you confirm from where you are trying to access your account from?

Normally there was an active service and do not know why it was shut down and started having a 404-error page, is there any way to get things back again and working?

Unfortunately no and with further investigation, based on account creation date, the country block was already in effect.

Weird, how i was able to create the account and host the service, if the country was blocked...
