I'm not sure what is wrong with my account? I just added exoneration.help as a domain and my account was suspended. I had two other domains with absolutely nothing that violated the terms of services or hosting policy's. I'm a human just trying to get a few ideas of the ground.

We see no block on your hosting service attached to this forum account. Your service is active and we see no suspensions for domain names existed. I can confirm this happened on a secondary account you may have which is against our TOS.

Thanks for the update. I just realized I am on my wife's account. my wife has one domain. And I did get it up and running for her. Normally we login from different windows instances but lately there have been mix-ups.

And here I am. This is the correct account. If I had to chose I would pick my account over my wifes. Her domain is just to promote her novel coming out at sometime in the future. All and I'll I'd like to keep my account, and my wife would like to keep her account but definitely understand the TOS thing. AllenEagle is me, 369 is me, and exoneration is me. for the most part, I'm the IT guy.

I'm reading the terms of service again and I realize I didn't read the long form and just read the short TOS where it says "Users may only have active a single account at any given time, signing up for multiple accounts will result in a suspension of service." Technically speaking my wife and I are different users from the same household. Yes we share a stationary computer that as on all day. But I have a separate office that I frequently use. PLEASE UNSUSPEND MY ACCOUNT. I spent a significant amount of time figuring out how to route everything properly. My sites are super lightweight and will be until there is a need to scale with traffic. I only started working on the shared computer because my wife is ill right now.
