The suspension occurred shortly after I encountered an error on my website. My application (CodeIgniter) requires PHP version 7.3 or higher. My control panel shows that PHP 7.3 is installed and active, but my site was displaying an error stating the current version was 7.2.34.
It seems there was a mismatch or configuration issue between the PHP version set for my domain and the one my application was detecting. This conflict likely triggered a system alert that resulted in the suspension.
I have verified that PHP 7.3 is available in my control panel and I am ready to ensure my domain is correctly set to use it once the account is restored.
