Requesting Upgrade from Free to Illuminated

My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, I have upgraded from the free unlimited hosting to the Illuminated hosting package (and it shows Illuminated in my 'Active Subscriptions'), but my cpanel is still showing the old free hosting server. Do I need to request to have my site moved to the Illuminated servers? Thanks.

Upgrade is a manual process since the account needs to be moved over to a new server.
This would be done within 24 hours of purchase normally.
