Hello, is there any way to reset the hosting? I don\'t know why I can\'t get joomla to run, I was readyng it could be for htaccess error in sintaxis, but I tried a blank one and didn\'t work, I set up a jooma htaccess and also didn\'t work, so I remember I worked with a hosting that gave me the posibilitie to restart whole hosting like gthe first time I used it, but I can\'t find it in x10hosting, do you have anything like this?. Thanks in advance for your attencion and replay...

Hello,

It's easier to try to fix the problem, as the only way to reset your account is to terminate it and have you sign up again.
Just check that you have no folders with 777 permissions, generally folders are 755 and files 644. Also, please post the contents of the .htaccess file you are currently using.

Thanks.
