Reset my account please

I've been having problems with my account, since files and folder i could not delete and now i recently had an error that was "403 Forbidden" I've been reading some other threads and the best solution is to close the account and for me to re-open it... please help me on that.

It looks like your site is working correctly. The problems you are seeing have to be with a script and will just come back if we recreate your account.
