Umm yea.. I don't see your account at all on the server.

When was the last time you were able to access your site? Are you able to now?

i had also found out some problems . in the past time when i access my site. it will show me the index.htm but now when i try to it only show a screen that saying no website configured at this address. But when i use the Cpanel to log in it can show me up the log in box.But I can't access at all.

Hey, I think maybe i have found out why i can't access. But I am not sure. I didn't check the email that you send to me that telling me your server will take the restore action and I didn't get a ticket to ask you to back up it. so it may be the reason why i can't access.But Could you help me to recover it.If no..... Can I have the files that i have hosted in the web server.Thanks!

I think your site was lost back over a month ago with the server wipe. All of the files were gone and there is nothing that can be done but you signing up again.. Sorry..

okay. iw ll re sign-up again, but can you accept it as quick as you can , becaus ei have try to sign up a new account, but until now, i still didn't get any confirmation email.SO I think I will re sign up again, but i will try to post out my user name. and please try to help me please.And also can youupgrade back my account to be corporate. Because in the accout " hongkong" I am using the corporate plan.even unlimited space for me to use.I fyou can't do it, just give me back the basic plan and i will ask or the upgrade in the board.Thanks:hsdance:
