I’ve only had an account here (on the ad free plan) for a day or two, and I’ve already managed to mess up my site.

I’m not sure what I’ve done, but I think I’ve removed some of the files that are in the original set of directories that come with a new account.

Whenever you try to visit my site, “bingoremorse.pcriot.com”, it redirects to “x10hosting.com/?r=absolut_htdocs”, which is the same as the x10hosting start page. I’ve tried placing a basic index.html file in the www/public_html directory, but it still just redirects.

I should have done a backup at the start, but I didn’t, so I’m wondering if original files and directories available anywhere?( I mean all the ones that are in your root directory when you make a new site)

If these files aren’t available anywhere I’d appreciate it equally if some super-admin-type-person could re-create my account.

Thanks beforehand!
I’m pretty much new to any web design beyond simple html, so bear with me! :happysad:

This problem is solvable. An admin needs to review it, and fix it. (Suggest either Sr. staff, or admin action.. Moderator, please bump to level 2 support)

I can terminate it if you want to re-sign up. Let me know.

I'd imagine that'd work just as well, so yes please!

Edit: Everything seems to be working now, and I've done a backup in case I mess it up again. Thanks for all the help!
(no need to terminate my account now or whatever)
