Hi, my account/website is just messed up, may i have it reset please.

(X) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

I would just like a fresh account, [same server please].

There is no option to reset.We can only terminate it.Then you can sign up for new account and it may not end up on the same server.Its a automatic process .Whenever a user sign ups they are allocated any one of our server.

OK, can you help me get rid of the Internal Server . My .htaccess file has not been changed apart from one line: ErrorDocument 404 /Error/404.php. Ive tried removing that line but no luck.
