Resetting my service to its original state

Hello,

I've been changing the domain name on the website I host on x10hosting. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to web development. I clearly missed some dependencies, and I can't access the WordPress panel on either the old or new domain. I was making the site from scratch anyway so I would like to start fresh.

Is there a way I can reset my service to the state it was in right after the registration? Can I do it on my own or does a staff member need to intervene?
I'm sorry if these are elementary questions but I've been messing with Control Panel for a long time without luck. I don't want to risk following ChatGPT too much which led me to get into this mess in the first place.

If you did not reach the 3 domain limit, you can add a new one, make it the default domain, and then delete the old one. After the old one is deleted, readd it, reset it as default, and delete the temporarily added one.
